Skymind is an invitation to rest into the wholeness of being. This may be likened to an experience of spaciousness, expansiveness, and also of radiance and loving warmth. These beautiful teachings, drawn from the work of 11th century Tibetan yogini Machig Labdrön and the Mahamudra lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, come to life in our direct experience, and can infuse our everyday with insight, compassion and joy. They are reminders that we can actually dare to rest into our true, brilliant nature, just as we are. Join us for an evening of lecture, discussion, and practice, as we highlight some gems of these teachings and their relevance in daily life.  The event includes a booksigning of the recently released book Skymind: The Radical Path of Open Awareness / Secret Teachings from Machig Labrdön, Tibet’s Great Wisdom Mother (Shambhala Publications). Language is English with German translation.
